Hi! My name is Luis.

As an Accountability Guide I’ve spent the past half decade working with my clients to help them achieve the goals they’ve always wanted to pursue, but lacked the willpower, drive, or prioritization necessary to do it on their own.

I was born and raised in New Jersey to a loving Dominican family as the oldest of three siblings. While I was fascinated by sports an athletics, as you’d expect for a young boy, I was equally proud of my role as a big brother to my two younger sisters. This guiding and fraternal responsibility proved to become an integral part of my personality and life.

At the age of fourteen, my family and I moved to the Dominican Republic, where I spent the following year. The cultural difference fine tuned my appreciation for what’s valuable in life, and within the relationships and communication we have with each other. While I left the DR for Florida a year later, I brought with me the humility and gratitude that’s stuck ever since.

Embracing the constant self improvement philosophy by personal development leaders like Tony Robbins, I strive to maintain my own growth— by attending conferences, seminars, practicing martial arts, keeping fit, and most importantly helping others on their own journeys. Attending Florida Atlantic University I received a double bachelor’s in Sociology and Intercultural Communication. The unique combination of focus allowed me to leverage my best talents and coordination to spearhead a career in personal development. For half a decade before founding my own Accountability Guide, I held the role of Business Development Director for MorningCoach.com — a podcast based publication where I rolled up my sleeves and controlled marketing campaigns, developed coaching programs, organized meet ups & retreats, and established a strong foundation of the technical, operational, and creative aspects of the industry.

Now the founder of Accountability Guide, my efforts are geared towards enriching the community. My clients receive the personal attention and encouragement they need to specifically accomplish their life altering pursuits and goals.
